New year, new me.. blah blah blah But actually, it’s about time I put some effort back in… For those of you that know my journey, I used to be significantly overweight and plagued with injuries. Having had a look back through photos from a few years back I realised I’ve been letting myself slip again and I think it’s no coincidence it’s been affecting me mentally too.
